Q3 Membership Meeting & Annual Fun Day

DIRECTIONS: If you are going north on Hwy 16 toward Portage, turn LEFT on Mickelson Road (1st road after Hwy 16/146 intersection). If you are going south on Hwy 16 toward Columbus, turn RIGHT on Mickelson Road (1st road after Fielder’s Sports Bar & Grille). Once on Mickelson Road, go approximately 1 mile to Fall River Gun Club on the right.
AGENDA: 10:00am Member arrival & set up
10:45am Membership meeting
11:45am Lunch (CWVC will provide main dish & bottled water)
Games begin after lunch
WHAT TO BRING: Bring supplies needed for your dogs – water, crate, x-pen, etc.
Lawn chairs & sun block, bug spray
LUNCH: The club will provide the meat. Attendees, please bring a dish to share. If you last name begins with:
A – H – Bring a DESSERT
I – P - Bring an APPETIZER
Q – Z – Bring a SIDE DISH (salad, veggie, etc.)
In addition to the crazy games this year, Laurie Erickson, a professional photographer who specializes in dog photography, will be with us to do a short talk on how to take great dog photos. She will also do mini-photo sessions (10 minutes) with your dogs. The CWVC will cover the costs of these sessions for club members! You only pay for the photos that you want to buy.
IMPORTANT! IMPORTANT! IMPORTANT! In order to take advantage of this great photo opportunity, you MUST sign up for a photo session by August 1 by emailing to remark@centurytel.net or texting 920-484-8194.
We need to know how many photo sessions before the event so we can properly plan! If you have more than one dog and you are not doing a group session, you need to schedule multiple slots. For example, if I have three dogs and I want all three photographed together, that is one session. If I have three dogs and I want them photographed separately, it would be three sessions. Depending on the number of sessions scheduled, photo sessions may begin prior to the club meeting.
